First-Ever and "Long Overdue" Hip Hop Museum Groundbreaking Draws Luminaries to the Bronx.

If you're a fan of hip hop like me (and even if you're not), then this news should excite you! Hip hop is more than just the most influential style of music to appear in the last half century, it is also a hugely influential culture that has stormed its way into international appeal, giving a voice to the African American experience in urban cities and creating art and a movement along the way. This is why it is wildly important to have this culture finally memorialized and represented in a museum (what better place than its starting place, The Bronx!), which will serve to showcase the art & movement known as Hip Hop.

Renewable Energy Growth Rate Up 45% Worldwide In 2020; IEA Sees 'New Normal'

Massive news! In such a challenging year, full of supply chain & construction disruptions, the world still managed a 45% growth rate in renewable energy usage! This is wonderful news and a huge spike. Even better, the trend is expected to continue in 2021 and 2022. Hopefully the IEA is right as we approach a 'new normal' and collectively work towards a more sustainable future together
